Beckwith, Business Manager Entered as second class matter at the Postoffice at Delta, Utah, under the Act of Congress, March With such an 'abundance of winter weather present the Mus-tang Leaderette staff decided to take advantage of it by holding a sleighing party. Old Man Winter decided to change his ways, how-ever, so with no snow Tuesday afternoon, the plans were crianged to an indoor parity.-Th- e group as-sembled at Bonne Cahoon's place in Deseret where they enjoyed games and a luncheon of hambur-gers and all the trimmings. Those in attendance included: Anna Lou Dewsnup, Joan Davis, Helen Christ ensen, Marilyn Palmer, Bonnie Ca-ho-and Birdie Lou Hilton. Everyone voted the party to be a lot of fun. - IIIIS NEWS - A short program and discussion of current problems absorbed the interest of the audience at the PT A meeting held in the Hinckley high school auditorium on Monday January 16, with President Verdell Bishop being in charge. The opening number was a song from a trio consisting of Margene and Lula Hilton and Anna Lee Swensen. Dolores Silvers then gave a reading. Two numbers from a vocal duet by Phil and Gale Ben-nett and a musical reading was given by Garry Dutson. The rest of the evening was spent in discussing problems and solving some of them. |
