Show COMMUNICATION Logan, Nov. C, ID 17. Editor Logan nopubllcan: Dear Sir: I had long ago arrived at tho conclusion that hoodlumlsm was n thing of tho past in this fair city of which wo all foel Justly proud. Last ovening at 9 o'clock, somo giownup youth (It could not liavo boon a small boy) deliberately throw n heavy chunk of rock somo pounds in weight, with full force against tho door, the screen door being fastened fas-tened from the inside, was broken. Had I been out, and on tho road coming homo the door on the lnsido would have been broken, probably off Us hinges. I was completely taken unawares, as It is something I never expected. I could not catch up with the boy, tny health not being any too good, or rmight liavo been tempted to have taken tho law Into my own hands. Bo that as it may, J hope that tho youth, whoever ho may be, will havo tho good sense from now on to act In a righteous .manner, or sooner or later he may bo called upon to pay tho penalty. Very respectfully, WILLIAM B. CRAIG, 329 North First West Street, Logan, Utah. |
