Show SPRIHGVILLE Mil DIEDJF "FLU" Ed. T. Palfreyman Passes Away After A Short Illness Was Former County Clerk - A great many people were very 1 rmuch surprised to learn of the death I of E. T. Palfreyman, which occurred i on Friday evening, following a few days illness from influenza. Mr. Pal-' Pal-' freyman was one of the best known men in Utah County, having been I prominent in the politics of the coun- ty. He has filled the positions of county treasurer and county clerk, and was Republican city chairman for Springvllle for a number of years. For the past two years he has been ' ' associated with the Utah Wholesale IvGrocery Company, being accountant for the company In their Provo ranch. ' He was taken with the complaint Just five days before his death. Six others of the company's employes at the Provo branch, are down with the disease. dis-ease. (Mr. Palfreyman who was 38 years - of age was born in Springville, where be is survived by his wife and two i children. Also his father, Richard Pal freyman and several brothers and sisters, lie was a very likeable man ' and hundreds of prominent citizens i throughout Utah County will mourn m ' sudden departure. |
