His honor calmly kept tally on his blotter the number of oaths Krupa uttered and found that they numbered sixty. Tho stato law provides pro-vides a lino of slxty-sovcn cents for each, making n total of $40.20. when told ho would havo to pay that an.n.n.t for his swearing tho prisoner began cursing again. The Justice, when Krupa snld ho had no money, added sixty days to the original sentence mnklng it ono day per oath.
