Stycr came up from Salt Lake City for a few days' visit tills week returning yesterday morning. They will come to Logan the second week in August to remain permanently. The Logan residence of Hon. Moses Thatcher has been painted and remodeled. re-modeled. It is now cozy and attractive and the Thatcher family is expected to move Into it about the 25th. Miss Flora Chamberlain Is now on her return from a two months' visit in the east and is expected to arrive in Logan within a couple of weeks. She will visit at Sprlnglleld, III., Cedar Kaplds, Iowa, and Omaha, Neb., before returning. Joe Sipiircs and family arc on a trip up through Star valley where, he has extensive land interests. Stover, who Is now assistant professor of Irrigation In the State University at Berkeley, has insisted that his mother come to California and she has decided to do so in the fall. Her daughter Miss Mattle Stover, who has been selected as a teacher at the Hcnson for tho coming year, will probably remain In Logan for another year.
