Show Married in Logan Temple. WELLSVILLE June 11. Last Sunday evening a verj Interesting session ses-sion of the! Mutual Improvement Association was held at which John S Baugh, John A. Lelshman and Parley Par-ley B. Gunnell of the stake board and Councilor W. II. Maughan were present pres-ent , all of whom gave excellent Instructions. Instruc-tions. The Y. M. M. I. A. was re-organized under their supervision with A, B. Maughan as president and Robert Rob-ert A. Lelshman and James J. Allen as councilors. The other offices were filled by worthy and reliable jouog men, Sister Lizzie B. Owen was also sustained sus-tained as second conucllor in the Y. L. M. I. A. making that association complete. Yesterday, June 10, Miss Sarah T. Darley and J. P. Baxter, two of our prominent and highly respected joung people were married in the Logan temple. Last evening a reception was tendered them at the bride's home, where a crowd of relatives and friends gathered and spent a very pleasant evening. Mr. and Mrs. Baxter were the recipients of many beautiful and useful presents and have a host of frlemls to wlsh"tliema life-long happiness. happi-ness. A gloom is again castovor our city by the severe illness of Mrs. Jane B. Walters and Marie Maughan. Much sympathy is expressed for the relatives and hopes are entertained for their recovery. |
