OCR Text	Show H To Defy the Libel Law. London Is to have a dally paper which will defy the rigorous libel laws, HJ which are feared and usually respected by all other Journals published In Britain. The new paper will print news and comment which would ren- dor any other publication liable to heavy damages for libel, and will ig- noro the existence of the libel laws. To mako the success of this sheet possible, It will be edited, published and printed on foreign territory. Its office will be at some town on the French or Belgium coasts, from which copies can be mailed to reach London by the first delivery. Thus the Eng- llsh laws will be evaded.
