Stratford collection agency ask- lll Ing that the county refund costs sent M to Sheriff Smith In the case of L. H. 'H Becraft vs. Hydro Carbon Light com- M pany amounting to 81.20 and also fees in the case of tho Utah and Oregon 4l Lumber company vs. Nephl Anderson , i of $2.00. Tho letter states that both M amounts have been spent by the M Sheriff without servlceot the papers.
