Thaln, Chris Christcnsen. Joseph Squires was elected chairman chair-man of the Cth district, receiving 7 votes to 0 tor Joseph Tarbet. u. C. Johnson Jr. was named as chairman of the Cth precinct by acclamation. accla-mation. Joseph Tarbet, Ai A. Law and Carl Gartf were named as assistants to Mr. Squires, and Robert Murdock, Nels Carlson and A. L. Colo selected as assistants as-sistants to Mr. Johnson, The Fourth warders, met at the court house. Lorenzo Benson was made chairman of the meeting and Joseph Newbold Jr. secretary. Joseph Howell: "Resolved that it be the senso of this primary that the delegates chosen tonight bo pledged to support men as delegates to State Convention who are first, last and all the time for tho nomination of the Hon. Joseph Howell for congressman." |
