Show Fact About Miss Telford. LOGAN CITY, October 25, 1906 Kditor Rhitiii.icax: I notice an article in this morning's Journal in which the statement is made that Miss Telford was a "necessit'" in my office if the work was to be performed per-formed properly. I wish to say that it is usual for all new officers to retain old clerks for some time, until the become familiar with the routine work of the office. This was done in Miss Telford's case. After that time she was retained wholly out of kindness, kind-ness, and for her friends to make such statements as are contained in the Journal article is very ungrateful, ungrate-ful, to say the least. The Journal's statement is false and no one knows it better than Miss Telford herself. Respectfully, MRS. REBECCA EAMES, Count' Recorder. |
