According to continued publications In reference to the construction of an electric line from Nephl to Preston, it is stated that the systpm Is to be double-tracked, and with equipment such as Is to be found on the big electric elect-ric lines in Illinois and Indiana. From Ogden, this Hue Is supposed to pass through Wlllard, Brigham, and Colllnston, and a brancti lino Is to bo run from this city to Paradise. Just how the line Is to be brought over or around the divide is not stated. The company Is supposed to use franchises secured by Mahler and certain others granted to different concerns.
