Show THE CASE STILL 01 Much Evidence In Damage Suit- The case of A. K. Moyes vs. Logan Sugar Factory is still in progress in the First district court and willbs for some days. George Finluyson and Wm. Goner, Gon-er, former employees, were on the witness stand during Wednesday Wed-nesday and gave much technical evidence on the case. The testimony testi-mony so far given was to the effect ef-fect that on the 19th of January, 1902, the plaintiff was working in the beet washer at the Logan sugar factory, and while so employed, em-ployed, the washer started, the arms thereof beating him about the legs, and injuring him mentally men-tally and physically in so revere a manner that he has not yet recovered re-covered and damaging him to the extent of $21,000, which sum.
