Show Will Work For a Fair At" a meeting held Tuesday evening, a number of prominent citizens discussed the propriety of holding a county fair during the coming autumn. A committee commit-tee consisting of Mayor Lorenzo Hanson, Orson Smith, L. R. Martineau, T. H. Smith and Prof. Jos. Jensen, was appointed appoint-ed to make arrangements for a fair. A committee was also appointed ap-pointed to take steps toward building a race 'track at City park. This committee comprises Slate Senator Barber, W. B. Preston,- Jr., and Riley Kent. Councilman Thomas H. Smith acted as chairman of the meeting and S. -P. Ballif as sectary. All present earnestly favored a racetrack and fair, and with such enterprising and propressive citizens at the back of the move-' move-' ment it should succeed.
