Secretary Bryan on Thursday Issued a direct warning to all Americans In Kurope to return home. Tho warning was as follows: All Americans are advised to return re-turn homo ns soon as they can secures transportation facilities. War creates uncertainties, so that predictions about the future cannot be made with any degree of accuracy. It Is not wise, therefore, for Americans abroad to do-lay do-lay their return longer than Is absolutely abso-lutely necessary.
