Alfred of company com-pany I and a private wcro killed nnd five wounded, the enemy wore driven back to Caloocan, which l the strongest strong-est position of the rebels. Meantime the light-draught gun boats wero shelling tho town from tho left, while tho Utah battery was putting put-ting in good work from the right. Their shells set tho town on fire, and it is supposed inflicted sovere losses ou the Filipinos. |
