Amending Amend-ing nn ordinance passed Maich 0, 1801, amending chapter Wl of the revised ordinances of Lehi city passed Dec. 15, 1893, and an oidinnneo unused June 11, 18(13, lepenling Section 207 of said revised re-vised otdiminsffl. Be itordaincd by the city council of Lehi City that the sections 201 and 270 of the aforesaid ordinance bo and tlio name is hereby repealed, and the following is enacted in lieu thereof to bear (ho samo section numbors: , Sec. 201. Whoever shall lent rooms furnished or unfurnished and shall board tho occupants of such rented rooms, or board nnd lodge over two, lind not exceeding ten persons, shall bo deemed n boarding-house keeper. Every boardtng.house keeper ahnll make a sworn statement as to tho location of of tho house, tho number of rooms contained in such house, nnd tlio niim-br niim-br of persons such hou.se will reasonably reason-ably accommodate.
