PAUL JANOSKI Nuptial Ceremony Friday, May 14, Unites Sharol Lynne McArthur and Paul Janosik Miss Sharol Lynne McArthur became Mrs. Paul Janosik in nuptial rites performed Friday, May Uth by Bishop Robert L. Stratton. Setting for the double ring ceremony was the LDS Eleventh Ele-venth Ward. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Therol McArthur. Parents Par-ents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bybee of Page, Ariz. The couple was honored at a reception in the Eleventh Ward Cultural Hall following the ceremony. cere-mony. For this occasion Sharol greeted guests in her wedding gown of white chantilly lace. The dress was boufant fashion, featuring fea-turing long sleeves and a boat-neck boat-neck with pointed scallops embroidered em-broidered with sequin and pearl trim. Adding back interest was a ruffled chapel train. Sharol's bridal illusion veil of elbow length was caught to a crown of white satin edged with seed pearls and rhinestones. She held a crescent shaped bridal bouquet bou-quet styled from a white orchid, talsiman roses and stephinotis. Maid-of-honor was the bride's sister. Miss Tamara McArthur. She wore a burnt orange floor-: length, sleeveless dress with matching mat-ching shoes and a crown which immitated the bride's crown. I Completing her ensemble was her white satin elbow-length gloves, a rhinestone glove bracelet brace-let and crescent shaped bouquet of white gardenias and stephe-notis. stephe-notis. The Misses Connie Con-nie McArthur, Joyce Warburton, Barbara Haig, Laura Ann Cuff, Gayle McArthur and DyAnn Chamberlain served as bridesmaids. brides-maids. A Jr. Bridesmaids was Carolee Bybee, the bridegroom's i sister. Best man was Dennis Wodham. Ushering were Glade McArthur, Dean Hall, James Cline, Lon Nichols, Terry Sherin and Gary Don Polloch. The bride's mother wore a gold brocade sheath with matching shoes and a corsage of orange glamilias. Mother of the bridegroom bride-groom v.'ore a beige ensemble and an orange giamilia corsage. Host and hostess at a nuptial event prior to the ceremony were Mr. and Mrs. Konald McArthur of St. George. "Some Sunday Morning" was sung by cousins of the bride followed by "Sweethearts" "Sweet-hearts" by Mrs. Richard Winter-rose Winter-rose ana "The Lord's Prayer" I sung by Ralph Hafen. On the alter was Sharol's white bidble opened to her favorite verse. Reception hostesses were aunts of the bride, Mrs. Ted Snow, St. George and Mrs. George Anderson, Ander-son, Elsinore, Utah. Miss Karen Andcrso.i and Mrs. Forrest Ander-son Ander-son were in charge of the guest book. The bride's cousins, Ronnie, Ron-nie, Stanley and John McArthur, were gift bearers. Gift room attendants at-tendants were Mrs. 11. C. Hair and Mrs. Nelson Bulloch, rsist-ing rsist-ing with the buffet arrangements were Druella Chamberlain, Flora Christensen and Marge Bess and a)n ix'titn Mini Petrery Snow nf St. George. In attendance fr the nuptial festivities were four grandparents of the couple, Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Val-entine McArthur, Mrs. Fred War-buton, War-buton, Tooele, Utah, and Mrs. Ella Bybee of Tropic, Utah. A buffet dinner was served to members of the v dding party at ti e McArthur home following the reception. In charge were Mrs. Hal Norton and Mrs. Rex II u let. After a week end honeymoon to Las Vegas, the couple are making their home in Cedar City. The bride has been a student of Dixie College and College of Southern Utah. The bridegroom is a graduate of Kanab High School and is presently attending attend-ing College of Southern Utah. |
