Show , Kirtley Weds Bonzo in Twilight Ceremony A quiet home ceremony was performed Saturday, Jan. 18 at the Gordon Kirtley residence in Cedar Ce-dar City to unite Miss Suzanne Kirtley and Kenneth C. Bonzo In wedlock. Performing the ceremony, cere-mony, which was witnessed by members of the family and close friends, was Bishop Clemont B. Adams. Following the twilight ceremony cere-mony in the home the couple received re-ceived guests at a rep'ion in their honor at the Cedar First Ward Relief Society rooms. The bride Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kirtley and the bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E . Bonzo of Cedar Ci'y. Attending the bride were Mm. Lewis Prothero, sister of tne bridegroom, as matron of honor, and Patsy Bonzo, also a sister, and Karen Robb, bridesmaids. Standing as best man was Max Bonzo, a bro'her. Tommy Kirtley, brother of the bride, served as usher. At the guest book was Mrs. David Bentley. with Mrs. David Bonzo, Mrs. Herschel Hall and Mrs. Henry Neal assisting In the gift room. Mrs. Bryant Pe'y. Mrs. Karen Rhodes and Joyce Rhodes were In the kitchen; pouring were Mrs. Max Whitney, Mrs. Loren Hirschi, Mrs. Kay Jorgen-son Jorgen-son and Mrs. Joe Mann, with the Misses Georgia Rasmussen, Tonl Lawrence, Vicky Butcher, and Sara Jarrett, serving. The bride is a graduate of the Cedar City High School and attended at-tended College of Southern Utah during the fall quarter of 1957. Bonzo is a veteran of the Korean Ko-rean Ward having served with 'he 213th Field Artillery Battal-Ion, Battal-Ion, national guard unit from Cedar City. Currently he Is man. aging the Bee Line service station sta-tion north of the city. They will make their home In Cedar City. |
