In Sh George IDS Temple Ceremony May 25 1 Setting for the Saturday, May marriage of Miss Sue Adams to John J. Southwick was the LDS Temple in St. George. The impressive im-pressive double ring ceremony was performed by President Rudger Atkin. Witnessing the morning services were the parents of the couple, Mrs. Maxln B. Adams of Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. John W. Southwick of Lehi. Utah. Other relatives Included Elaine South-wick, South-wick, Mr. and Mrs. James A. Lovell, Ethelyn Haslem and Er-win Er-win Williams, dose . friends of the couple were also in attendance. attend-ance. Following the ceremony the bridegroom's parents were host , and hostess at a wedding dinner held at Dick's Cafe in St. George. The same evening the newly- j weds greeted guests in a reception recep-tion at College of Southern Utah Library Lounge. For the occasion the bride ware a gown of white si'.k org?nl7a ver taffeta. Accenting Ac-centing the beauty of the cos tume were flowers appllqued around the skirt and neck. The minature decorations were centered cen-tered with pearls and sequins. The dress had a chapel length train. Completing the ensemble was a French illusion veil attached at-tached to a tlra of flowers. Attending the new mra. South-wick South-wick was her sinter Valene Mathews, Ma-thews, who was matron of honor. Bridsmaids were Ann Grimshaw, Sharon Adams, Sherry Lovell, Mary Lampman, Betty Avldisian, Sharon Cook, Kathy Bringhurst and Carolyn Roper. Nelces of the bride stood as flower girls. They Were Vickl Lee Mathews, Patricia Mathews and JaNeal Mathews. Best man was a school mate and missionary friend of the groom, Mr. Russel Felt of Lehi. Ushers - were McNeil Mathews, Larry Smith and Roosvelt Smith. Colors of orange, green and white were predominant for the occasion with bridesmaids and flower girls in like dresses of orange. Mothers of the bride and groom wore dresses of green. During the recption- Christie Bauer and Cheree Paddock attended at-tended the guest book. Gift room attendants were Ethlyn Haslem and Thelna Lovell. Serving were Jackie heap, Claudette Smith, Donna Cook and Carol Pederson.
