Ann Larson Named Dance 'Belle' fit Nevada Southern j . , - ANN LARSON Word has been received here that Ann Larson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Larson, former for-mer residents now residing In Las Vegas, Nev., was crowned "Southern Belle" at Nevada Southern's "Confederate Cotillion." Cotil-lion." Miss Larson, a freshman student stu-dent at Nevada Southern, was chosen out of six candidates to reign over the first annual dance. She was Introduced as the "Southern Belle" by Sherman Gonce, student council president and was crowned by Barton Jacka, freshman class vice presi-dent presi-dent and Clair Earl, University of Nevada student body president.
