OCR Text	Show Rotary Plans Special Anniversary Year Celebration The Cedar Citv Rotary Club will join with all other Rotary clubs in 89 countries In the celebration cele-bration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of Rotary International Interna-tional on Wednesday, Feb. 23. A special anniversary committee, commit-tee, composed of Smoot Seaman, chairman, Dr. F. B. Parkinson and Homer S. Jones, has been appointed ap-pointed by the local cluTfto arrange ar-range for the celebration. The committee has started preparation prepara-tion for the celebration, Mr. Seaman Sea-man states, and tentative plans call for an anniversary party as a feature of the celebration. The theme of the celebration will be built around "Fifty Years of Service Above Self," Mr. Seaman Sea-man states, and will feature four areas of service, including club, community, vocational and International In-ternational service. Details of the program of activities will be announced an-nounced soon, Mr. Seaman states.
