Show Marriage Announced Miss Shirley Walker, daughter ot Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Walkef of Ne-phi, Ne-phi, and Jay Wilkinson, son of Mr. and Mrs. P. N. Wilkinson of Cedar City, exchanged marriage vows in the St. George LDS temple Thursday. Thurs-day. January 16, and are now making mak-ing their home in Cedar City. The young couple were honored at a reception in the Cedar First ward recreation hall Saturday evening. ev-ening. In the receiving line besides Mrs. Wilkinson and Mr. and Mrs. Walker, were the bridal couple, Kay Wilkinson, best man, and Mrs. Max Cowan, Maid of Honor. The bride, who has lived at Ne-phl Ne-phl most of her life has been employed em-ployed in Cedar City during the past month. Vr Mr. Wilkinson, an employee at the J. C. Penney company store here. Is a veteran of three years oervlce in the United States Navy, two years of which was spent In the Aleutian Islands and on Saipan in the Pacific theatre of operations. |
