P Soule and AJ Ridges respectively and a speech on Cleveland's cabinet by G. G N. N Sorensen The speeches on Burr and Franklin were good that on Franklin by Mr Ridges being especially fine The good and bad qualities of Aaron Burrs Burr's character were well shown up by Mr Soule who seems to be withal an admirer of Mr Burr notwithstanding g the faults of his later life Benjamin Franklin is according to Mr Ridges the theone theone theone one character in American history Mr Ridges talked for three-quarters three of a an hour on that great patriot and his tal tall talk was interesting throughout |
