storm kept many away but those who braved the weather were rewarded by enjoying a program of genuine and nd excellent music throughout Professor Radcliffe opened the program program program pro pro- gram with a selection on the Tabernacle organ and the notes from that grand old instrument fairly filled the large building under his master touch He was followed by Mrs Plumber and Mr J who rendered in a very pleasing manner the Love Duet Professor Krouse gave a piano selection in a very bri brilliant way and the enthusiastic encore he received showed that he is one of the most popular musicians musicians musicians musi musi- of the city Willard Weihe added to his already famous reputation by his excellent performance performance performance per per- an and l was treated to two hearty encores The soloists were from rom the very best talent of the city Miss Martha Royle Miss Jennie Woodrow Mr 11 Willard Villard Squires Mr Bert Havens Mrs J Plumber and Mr all all did excellent and all received encores In addition to local talent there were on the program the names of eff Miss Winston Vinston of Sun Scan Francisco Francisco Francisco Fran Fran- cisco and Miss J Roberts of Provo These ladies are singers of rare merit and both made good impressions in Salt Lake The liberality of the performers in encores made the program a long one but it was wasa a brilliant success in every compare favorably with any given iven by a traveling minstrel show Eliason with his legerdemain tricks is making quite a reputation in Salt Lake The Home Dramatic Club closed its conference engagement at the theater last Monday night The members of the Home Club are old favorites with conference confer confer- conference ence people and the entertainments they gave at the theatre last week were very successful indeed Professor Younger gave a very successful successful successful suc suc- dancing exhibition in the theater last Friday night His dancing matinee on Saturday afternoon was also
