Show SOCIAL AND PERSONAL. J. D. Wood returned last Saturday from an extended trip to Nevada. F. J. Hagentarth came down from Spencer. Ida., last Monday and was the guest of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Wood while in the city. J. E. George and wife of Butte are visiting in the city. J. Quinn of Park City spent a few days in the city last week. Mr. and Mrs. John- Conroy are the happy parents of a bright young son, who wasborn last week. Miss Jennie Sullivan has returned home after an extended trip to Europe. Mrs. Claude Freed has returned from a visit to Denver. $ Mrs. W. D. Donaher of Park City was the guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. I. N. Parker, last week. Mrs. Abbot R. Hayward of Ogden ! and her mother, Mrs. Guthrie, spent a few days here last week, the guests of Misses Frances and Tillie Phillipps. Mr. and Mrs. Howard S. Stowe are spending a few week? in California. Mrs. William M. Gray of St. Anthony, An-thony, Ida., is the guest of her mother, Mrs. A. P. Sinclair. Miss Whalen and Miss Margaret Whalen will reside for the future at the home of Miss Myrtle Weber on East Second South. A pleasant surprise party for Miss Grace Radcliffe was given last week. The delightful affair was planned and successfully carried out by Miss Margery Mar-gery Mulvey. Mrs. Robert G. Smith and Miss Noble No-ble entertained at an elaborate luncheon lunch-eon at the Alta club on Thursday. Mrs. W. S. McCornick and Miss Keogh will entertain next Tuesday afternoon. af-ternoon. Mrs. Elizabeth Genter returned last week from California and is at home with her sister, Mrs. J. E. Dooly. Thomas McCoy went to Blackfoot on Tuesday. Timothy Kinney, the prominent Wyoming Wyo-ming sheep man, was registered at the Kenyon on Tuesday. Mrs. Patrick Shea and Mrs. J. B. Cronin of Eureka were in the city during dur-ing the past week. , Jack Muldoon and wife of Ogden spent a few days in the city during the past week.
