Mrs. Felia Trainor, who has been dangerously ill with peritonitis for the past week, is at the present writing very much improved. Her many friends are hopeful that her complete recovery is imminent. Patrick Sullivan, a popular young business man of Butte, Mont., accompanied accom-panied by his bride, soent a few days visiting friends here last week. They spent their honeymoon in California and are now returning home. Mr. T. S. Donovan and wife left for California last Friday, where they expect ex-pect to make their future home. . The Altar society gave a verv successful suc-cessful ball at Maple hall last Friday . Mrs. John Hayes and daughter Mary had a splendid visit with friends at O'Neill. Neb., for the past two months. They returned home Thursday afternoon. after-noon. x ; Miss Annie O'Brien spent the past two weeks here visiting friends. She left for her home at Salt Lake Monday. Mr. and Mrs.. Patrick Lynch returned to their home at Boise last week. . Mr. John Cooney came here from Butte a week ago and is enjoying himself him-self with his old acquaintances. Walter Trezise came out from the city on Saturday. He expects to permanently per-manently locate here. . - Miss Florence Kelly entertained a few of her friends at the home of her parents on Tuesday evening. , Mr. and vMrs. Kerwin and son re- turned from the city recently. Mrs. J. O'Grady arrived from Colorado Colo-rado Wednesday to spend a few days with her mother here. Mr. Peter Martin visited Heber and Provo Thursday on business. : Mrs. John Connors and children came up from the city Saturday to visit with relatives. .' Sisters M. Mercedes and M. Basil of St. Mary's, Salt Lake, are spending their vacation with sisters of the Holy Cross here. Mrs. John'Murtha of Butte is visiting friendc here this week. Senator Thomas Kearns spent Friday here attending to his various mining interests. . Hugh Kilkenny returned to his home at Salt Lake Sunday. K Patrick O' Donnell spent a few days here last week, returning to Salt Lake Sunday. x Patrick Downing returned from Butte Sunday, where he had a pleasant visit. 4 Another, division of the A. O. H. will be organized here this week. They expect ex-pect to initiate between forty and fifty members. - John T. Powers visited here for a few days last week, returning to Butte Friday Fri-day afternoon. a. D. C. Harrington was up from the metropolis for a few days last week.
