Show I EVANST0N, WYO. ( ' A eiuiet wedding was solemnized at St.. Mary's church in this city on Thursday Thurs-day morning. April 22. at 7:30 o'clock, when Miss Florence Burke was joined in holy wedlock with John W. Henley, Father Kennedy performing the ceremony cere-mony in the presence only of the immediate imme-diate family. The decorations were pink and white carnations, and after the ceremony a sumptuous wedding breakfast was served, following which Mr. and Mrs. Henley left for Ogden to make their future home. The attendants were Miss Florence Mosler of Ogden, and Ed Henley, the groom's brother. The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Burke, a native of Evanston, and a charming young lady of many graces of mind and character. She is highly esteemed by all acquaintances, acquaint-ances, and was regarded as one of Ev-anston's Ev-anston's staple young women a joy of the home of society circles. She wan married in a traveling suit of gray, being be-ing deservedly complimented as a very pretty bride. The groom is a railroad fireman of sterling worth popular and esteemed by all who know him. He is a competent compe-tent engineman and faithful employe, and is to be congratulated upon winning win-ning the hand of one of Evanston's fairest daughters. The Wyoming Press. |
