Show BUTTE NEWS. I John Maguire, the theatrical manager, man-ager, "Our Only John," has returned from New York, where he spent the last eight months. While in New York he met John M. Quinn and other old Montana residents. It was reported at one time that James A. Murray intended intend-ed building a theatre for Mr. Maguire Ma-guire on Broadway, but the scheme never materialized. Vincent Ronan of Missoula has accepted ac-cepted a lucrative position with the Butte & Boston Company. Colonel John E. Curtis joined the Butte contingent to Salt Lake during the week. Rt. Rev. Bishop Shanley of Fargo, N. D.: Rev. J. J. Keogh of St. John's Cathedral, Milwaukee; Rev. J. M. Naughton of Madison, Wis.; Rev. J. J. Morrlsey, Oshkosh. Wis., are making mak-ing a tour of Yellowstone park. Geoffrey Lavell has returned from a trip to Salt Lake. |
