Show ! BUTTE. MONT. A beautiful church wedding was solemnized so-lemnized on Wednesday morning. May 12. at St. Patrick's church, when pretty-Miss pretty-Miss Alice Hopkins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Hopkins, became the bride of George Surprenant of this city, nuptial mass being celebrated bv Rev. Father Follett. with Miss Mamie O'Flynn honor maid and Frank Dougherty Dough-erty best man. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride's parents, 219 South Washington street. The rooms were profusely trimmed in pink and white carnations and ferns, and the table showed the same pretty flowers. The girtlsh bride was a picture In her snow y bridal gown of the sheerest white tus-serine tus-serine lawn, trimmed In Valenciennes, fashioned princess, and she wore a large white Milan hat with white plumes. The gifts were numerous and very beautiful. beau-tiful. Present at the ceremony and breakfast were: Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Speckman. Mr. and Mrs. Elliott Hopkins Hop-kins and baby Hopkins, Mr. and Mrs, Joseph Flaherty, Mrs. A. S. Christie, Mrs. J. H. Mitchell, Miss Mamie O'Flynn, Miss Sarah McKay. Miss Stella Stel-la Surprenant, Frank Dougherty, Ros-well Ros-well Hopkins, with the bride and groom and the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hopkins. Mr. and Mrs. Surprenant will be at home after June 1 at 1031 Antimony street. Miss Stella Suprenant of Lewlston is visiting her mother in Butte, having come to the city to attend the wedding of her brother, George Suprenant. |
