Show 1 I Catest Irisf) news Cork. We regret to announce the recent death of Timothy Edward O'Connor, assistant principal clerk of the estate duty office. Mr. O'Connor, who had a most distinguished intermediate and university career, having qualified as a solicitor, passed into the estate duty office by competitive examination in 1835. His career there was highly successful, suc-cessful, and he passed rapidly from one post of responsibility to another. He was a son of the late Edward O'Connor of Tullamon house, Listowcl, and mar ried a daughter of John Roche, Great George's street, Cork, who survives him. Rev. William Flynn. S.
