Show EVANSTCN, WY0. j Miss Stella Murray returned on Sunday Sun-day evening to Ogden after a short visit with her parents in this city. A delightful surprise was held at the home of Mrs. Frank Moran last Thursday Thurs-day evening in honor of Mrs. John Eg-gert Eg-gert of Rawlins. There was music and singing, and at a late hour dainty refreshments re-freshments were served. The honored guest returned to Rawlins Sunday after visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Moran for several weeks. Mrs. Garrett O'Neill died at her home in this city on Thursday morning. November No-vember 14th, of cancer of the stomach. She has resided in Evanston for the past thirty years and is well and favorably fa-vorably known in the inter-mountain states. Her husband, Garrett O'Neill, was in the employ of the Union Pacific Pa-cific railway at this point for thirty years, during nine years of which time he was superintendent of the Wyoming division. Mrs. O'Neill was 54 years of age, and leaves a husband and six children, chil-dren, three boys and three girls, to mourn her departure, all of whom were at her bedside when she passed away. She was a faithful and loving wife and mother and a good kind neighbor and will be sadly missed in this community. |
