Show Obituary. The funeral of Mrs. Johanna Sandt-ner Sandt-ner of 1916 Holden street occurred Friday Fri-day morning with requiem mass at St. Elizabeth's church. Burial was In Mount Olivet cemetery. James J. Mulligan, 16-year-old son of Patrick J. Mulligan of Quinlv. Colo , died lit Evans, Colo., on Wednesday Nov. 13. The body was brought to Dcnvrr for interment In Munt Cal- vary cemetery, and service was held Saturday afternoon in Annunciation church. The boy was a former pupil of Annunciation school, where he was a great favorite with teachers and companions. Thomas Devlin, a young switchman employed in the yards at Fortieth and Wr.watta streets, 'met with instant death early Sunday morning. His foot caught in a rail, and before he could release it an engine bore down upon him and fairly tore hos body apart. Mr. Devlin was 26 years of age and came to Denver only three months ago from his home in Topnka. Kan., whre- his parents reside. The body was taken to Topeka Monday evening, Nov. IS, accompanied by his uncle, Christopher Devlin, with whom the young man made his home since coming com-ing to Denver. |
