In the elementary department Miss Kuth Heenan, Mis.-! Annie Coughl'", Miss Dora IVrgerson, Master Froiloin Lombri. In the grammar gram-mar department. Misses Lucile Murphy. Mur-phy. Margaret Coughlin, Edith Costeel. In the high school, Misses Elsie Cross, Marie Coyne, Mary Cross, Julia Brown. The program consisted of ter hnj ',t! exercises in music by Misses Maw Ellis, El-lis, Charline Grace. Margaret Dinncn. Rene Tuhey, Gert rude Geddes, Ktlu 1 Warlatimont and Mary Lynch. "The Jingle Bells." a quartette, was well played by Misses Vera Kerrigan, Margaret Mar-garet and Catherine Walsh, Winifred Bresnahcn and '.Maria Kletl. Misses Anna Ketcham and Reno Tuhey Tu-hey played "In Festal Array," a duet, with much expression. Miss Annie Coughlin recited 'Beautiful Grandma." the junior boys spoke "The Valaitn Rabbit" in concert, and Miss Helen Keefe and Mary Keogh recited from "King John, scene " of act 4. Miss Julia Ju-lia Brown of the fourth year read an essay on the Jamestown exhibition.' The girls of the high school classes entertained the graduates in the school hall last Thursday afternoon. An enjoyable en-joyable feature of it was a "Nonsense Program." prepared for the occasion. At its close refreshments were served in the refectory, which was nrttily decorated in blue and white and gold, the senior colors. Dainty souvenirs of the afternoon were single lilies, the senior se-nior class flower, done in water colors by the juniors. The classes preparing for Confirmation and First Holy Communion Com-munion will he examined at the con-.vent con-.vent next Friday afternoon. Miss Margaret Holiday and Miss Jennie Jen-nie Lynch of Laramie visited the Convent Con-vent last week for a short time, and their old friends welcomed them back and enjoyed their visit. Frank Bon and W. E. Dinnoen left Monday for Lead vi Me, Colo., where they will attend the state council of .the Knights of Columbus as; represoatu-tives represoatu-tives of the Cheyenne council. James McKay of Hot Spring:;. S. D., has arrived in the city to attend the funeral of his mother, Mrs. Mary McKay. |
