Show GRAND JUNCTION, COLO. ; ! (Special Correspondence.) Mrs. Frank H. Haskell and Mrs.' H. S. Barkuloo gave a very pretty afternoon after-noon party on Thursday. About seventy seven-ty ladies were present. Flinch and cards were played and later the refreshment re-freshment tables were handsomely decorated dec-orated and lunch was served in a most becoming manner. Mrs. J. Moss, wife of the well known G. G. W. passenger conductor, is spending the week visiting with Mrs. James Crosgrcve and many other friends. Mr3. Mos3 expects to leave for her home in Ogden in a few days. Mrs. James Pincell, president of the Catholic Ladies' Aid society, leaves Thursday for a month's visit with her relatives and friends in Kansas. During her absence Mrs. George Lander wi'l be in charge and any donation to that society will be greatly appreciated by-all by-all the ladies. Mrs. W. B. Cassel is able to be out again after four weeks of illness, and we sincerely hope she will recover her health immediately. |
