Show LEGAL NOTICES you so appear and plead to said complaint within the time herein specified, the plaintiff will take judgment against you as prayed in said complaint. Said action is brought for the purpose of securing a judgment for the unpaid balance due on a certain note in the principal sum of $3,900.00, dated the 1st day of September, 1934, made, executed and delivered by Hannah May Schvaneveldt (now deceased), then a widow; Leland Schvaneveldt Schvane-veldt and Lila May Schvaneveldt, husband and wife; Leslie Schvaneveldt Schvane-veldt and Florence Schvaneveldt, husband and wife; and Delbert Schvaneveldt and Ruth Schvaneveldt, Schvane-veldt, husband and wife, to the Land Bank Commissioner, with interest, in-terest, advances, attorney fees and costs, and to foreclose that certain mortgage given to secure said note, which said mortgage is of record in Book39 of Mortgages, at page 99, records of Franklin County, State of Idaho, and covers cov-ers the following described real property situated in Franklin County, State of Idaho, to-wit: TRACT 1: The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Four; the Southeast Quarter of Section Five; the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eight; and the West Half of the Northwest North-west Quarter of Section Nine; all in Township Sixteen South, Range Thirty-eight, East of the Boise Meridian, Also, commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eight, said Township and Range, and running thence South 12. rods, more or less, to Weston Creek, thence Southeasterly South-easterly along said Creek to its intersection with the South line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section Eight, thence East to the East line of said Quarter Section, thence North SO rods, thence West 100 rods, to the place of beginning.
