Show Preston Host ' To Reunion of ;i Missionaries LOCAL MISSIONARY GROUP SPONSORS I Activities Commence At 1 11 a. m.; Able S. 1 Rich Principal Speaker Plans were being completed this I week for the big missionary re-i re-i nnion to be held September 2 in I the Fourth ward chapel. All mis Bionaries who have returned from missions during the last six years are invited to attend and from ad vance notices it is expected that a large crowd will be present as missionaries from as far away as t California have indicated their in-'jj in-'jj tentions to be here. ; Under the sponsorship of the ill Frankiln and Oneida stake Return- ed Missionary organization the group will meet at 11 a. m. in the Fourth ward tchapel. A program will be held at that time with Able S. Rich, former Canadian Mission ' President, as the principal speaker. speak-er. v Following the program a lunch- eon will be held at 1 p. m. in the city park. During the afternoon Irj visiting and .games under the di- rection of Delmar Kearl, Albert Parkinson and Delmar Olsen, will be enjoyed. Because of its wide scope the reunion will be an outstanding event and is drawing much inter- est from throughout the inter )V mountain states. It is the first i event of its kind ever held in the ill) church. It is expected that this reunion ':': Will bring together former mis-jjj mis-jjj sionary companions and associates M from most of the intermountain .j states.
