Smith attendea ' the funeral of Laurel Larsen it, Mink Creek. We are now holding MIA meet-' ings on Sunday evenings. i Miss Twila Smith spent the week end at her home. Twila is working in Salt Lake. Riverdale furnished the following follow-ing program in Mink Creek TueS' day night: Tap dancing by two groups of children; reading by Donna Tanner; songs by a group of girls; song by Marlene, Karen, and Mignon Smith; tap dance by Mrs. Lucille Smith and Nathan Packer. Miss Carma Forsgren spent Friday Fri-day night at the home of her-grandfather her-grandfather in Preston. Primary conference was held Sunday afternoon. The program was as follows: prayer by Lora Jean Winger; song by Primary children; song by Kindergarten class; pageant by Zion boys and girls; pageant on baptism, directed by Mrs. Minnie Smith, pageant by Blue Birds, song, Seagulls. Reed Fellows, son of Mr. and Mrs. Verle Fellows of Preston is spending awhile with Mr. and Mrs. Welland Smith. Mrs. Letha Packer returned Saturday Sat-urday evening from Idaho Falls where she visited her parents, Mr and Mrs. James Tate. 1 Mr. and Mrs. John Christiansen from Montpelier spent a few days with Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Paicker. Mr. Christiansen accompanied Mrs. Packer to Salt Lake City, Friday. Wayne and Blaine Cottle of Preston spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Milo Woolt. The children of Mr. and MrB. Arland Sharp from Preston, spent the week with Mr. and Mrs. James Woolfe. Mrs. Lucy Tanner entertained her brothers and sisters and partners part-ners at a birthday party Saturday evening at her home. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Jensen attended at-tended a party at Oneida Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. J. I. Smith and daughter, Barbara, attended the funeral of Mrs. Mariah Stephenson, Sunday. |
