OCR Text	Show State P.T.A. Elects Mrs. Maughan President Word came by wire from the Xampa convention ot tho Idaho State Congress of Parents-Teachers that Mrs. H. J. Maughan had boon elected as pro-sident of this (,'roup for the coining year at the Wednesday meeting. Mrs. Maughan is highly qualified to fulfill this position in tho state PTA having been an ardent member mem-ber and worker in the association, both in Preston and in the state. Prior to her election she was vice president in charge of Public Welfare Wel-fare in the state organization.
