Show Utahn Dies of Auto Crash Injuries Here SPOILS COUNTY'S TWO YEAR RECORD One of the best traffic records in the state of Idaho was marred Wednesday when Ephraim Berge-son Berge-son 09, of Cornish, Utah, died in ,ne' Preston hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident October 8, near Banida. Mr Bergeson was injured when the car in which he was riding skidded from the highway north of Banida and overturned four times. With him at the time was a niece' Mrs. Cora Hogan, 26, of Bancroft. She suffered shock and bruises, while Mr. Borgeson was the victim vic-tim of a broken leg, head injuries, and intense shock. Immediate cause of death was embolism. Mr. Bergeson was born in Logan, Utah, May 15, 1871, a son of Niels and Olive Matilda Jensen Bergeson. Berge-son. He had been a resident of Cornish for 48 years. December 9, 1891), he was married mar-ried to Lillian Allen in the Logan temple. At the time of his death Mr. i Bergeson was president of the I Lewiston State Bank, of the Union Benefit Life Insurance company, I of the Bear River Mutual Fire In- gurance Co., and director of the ' Regional Agricultural Credit Corporation Cor-poration of Salt Lake City, Utah. He is survived by his widow and eight sons. |
