Show Glendale - in celebration -of her . birthday anniversary Miss LaRue Nelson was honored at a surprise paruy, Tuesday evening planned by a group of friends. An enjoyable evening, was spent playing games and popcorn and candy were served serv-ed to the fourteen present. The cast of characters for the play "Make Room. For Rodney" which was presented a coupie ui weeks ago enjoyed a house party Thursday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Asa Webster. The time was spent playing games after aft-er which refreshments were served to the following: Mr. and Mrs. Norman Nelson, Mr. and Mrs. Verl J. Auger, Daniel Auger, Letho Auger, Au-ger, Shirley Webster, Miss Connie Webster and Miss LaRue Nelson. Mr, and Mrs. Herbert Owen and Clarence Owen were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Peterborg and family Wednesday afternoon. Asa Webster and Miss Connie Webster motored to Salt Lake City Thursday to take Miss Eva Webster Web-ster and Miss Amy Webster who had spent the week home with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Asa Webster and family and Mr. and Mrs. Denton M. Webster and their family. Bishop Oleen A. Jensen and other members of the ward broke a road into Maple Creek canyon and brought out four loads of lumber for the new ward chapel from the canyon on sleighs, Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Verl J. Auger and family spent Wednesday in Maple, 'on, Idaho with Mrs. Auger's parents par-ents Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sharp xnd family. Mrs, Annie Olsen of Weston, was spending a week with Mr. and Mrs. Norman Nelson and family. She became ill Thursday and, passed pass-ed away Monday night. |
