Show Missionary. Clyde Carter, a student at the UrSB of Pocatello is sending the holidays at home. Miss Laura Swainston of Idaho Falls spent the holidays at home. The bishopric made ts animal ward visit last week. Wendell Winger sent the weekend week-end in Springville, Utah, with school friends. A joint meeting for all ward officers of-ficers was held last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. G. G. Bennett entertained en-tertained at a family dinner on Christmas day. WINDER WINDER Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Carter were called to Logan on Christmas day on account of the serious injury to Mr. Carter's father fa-ther in a car accident Christmas eve. Latest reports are that Mr. Carter is slowly improving. Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Palmer and children of Logan, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Durrant and daughter Ann and Dean Palmer of Idaho Falls were holiday guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. Leo Palmer. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Fisher of Dayton spent a day recently with Mrs. Fisher's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Johnson. Carl Bennett has recently been called to serve as an Oneida Stake The following ward organizations put over special pograms during Christmas holidays. The Sunday school presented a- program on December 23. The Primary gave a children's dance in the afternoon of Friday the 27th at which nuts and candy were presented to all present. Friday evening the M.I.A. presented the play "The Red Carnation' and "A Siga Unto You," followed by a dance. Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Warrick and daughter Virginia were in Logan on business Monday Mr. and Mrs. Howard Holmes and daughter, Marian, and Mrs. Hollingsworth were Xmas day gutsts of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Taylor. ( Mr. and Mrs. Nels Nelson and Mrs Oretta Cottle and family were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Taylor. |
