Show SESSIONS CLOSE ON VINCENT CASE The case of the State of Idaho ersus E. A. Vincent closed in district court here last Friday. Verbal agrument closed and the case was rested in the hands of judge Issac MacDougal for a decision. de-cision. Attorneys on both sides, however, will submit briefs to Judge Mac-Pougal Mac-Pougal before he makes a decision. Vincent, is charged by the stmc for allegedly practicing medicine in Preston without a license. The ease reached the district court when the defendants entered a plea of not guilty. Attorneys for :he state were Ben Johnson, Franklin county prosecuting prose-cuting attorney, and Attorney Darwin Dar-win Thomas of Boise. Representing Represent-ing Mr. Vincent were A. W.
