Miss ' Conna Bright spent a few days last week with her grandparents grandpar-ents Mr. and Mrs. William Swain-ston. Swain-ston. The Mutual closing social was held here last Tuesday, evening. Community singing was enjoyed followed by a humorous reading by Marjean Carter. The "Tap Finale" for this year completed the. program. pro-gram. Those participating were: Ida Sharp, Adelia Carter, Wanda Mitchel, Maggie Talbot, Arvin Ko-i Ko-i foed, Norma Swainston, Sara Swairiston, Darleue Taylor, and Phylis Bright. The people danc ing were trained by Doris Skeen and were accompanied on the pi ano by Edith Barfus. Games were played and lunch was enjoyed by an exceptionally large crowd. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Sharp and family spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Milo Woolf of Riverdale. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Condle and family spent Sunday with. Mr. and Mrs. T.orin Winger of Riverdale. Wendell Winger and Miss Genevieve Gene-vieve Jacobson spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Winger and family They also visited with other friends and relatives In Pres ton and Riverdale. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Palmer are visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Palmer. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Winn and Mrs. Rose Winn attended the funeral of Mrs. Leo Winn's grandmother in McCammon Sunday. Miss Dorothy Talbot, Inez and Erma Dean Taylor and Gretta Winger Win-ger attended Senior Day in Pocatello Poca-tello Friday. |
