Show I FRANKLIN j Mr. and Mrs. Darvel Fuhrlman, Mrs. A. E. Fuhriman and Mrs. Joe Wickham spent the week-end In Provo visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. C, HaSch. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Gibson were visitors at the home of Mrs. Belva Kirk, Sunday. DeWilton Parkinson, who is attending at-tending school in Pocatello, spent a few days at the home of his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Parkinson Par-kinson last week. Mrs. Lester Thompson and hei 3 children from Rexburg are spend ing a week here at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Manual Packer. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Oliverson and Mrs. Margaret Adamson mo tored to Ogden last Friday. Among those who attended the trousseau tea of Miss Elaine Lowe of Logan, Saturday were, Mrs. Douglas Oliverson, Mrs. John A. Lowe, Mrs. L. G. Wright, Mrs. Johnny Smith) Mrs. Frank Olsen I 'and Mrs William Robinson. . Miss Nada Packer, who is attending at-tending school in Ogden spent the week-end at the home of her mother, moth-er, Mrs. Veressa Packer. Miss Grace Oliverson who Is employed in Salt Lake City spent the weekend at the home of hei parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Oliverson. Oli-verson. A, no-host party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Merle Adam, son, Saturday evening. Lunch was served on small tables to those present after which pinochle was palyed with score prizes going to Mr. and Mrs. Delor Albiston and Mr. and Mrs. Merle Adamson. Mrs. Horace Hawkes entertained the 500 club at her home Wednesday Wednes-day afternoon. At 500, Mrs. Ruby Howarth received high and Mrs. Bonnie Doney, all cut. At the close of . the afternoon, a, delicious lunch was served to six members and Mrs. Cynthia Wright and Mrs. Bom nie Doney, special guest3. Mrs. Vernon Oliverson and hei daughter, Helen, entertained at a dinner Thursday evening for Mrs Beatrice Dolan, Miss Alice Caldwell, Cald-well, Mrs. Thora Andrus, Miss Ruth Palmer and Mrs. Margaret Adamson. Following dinner, pinochle pi-nochle was played for the rest ot the evening. Mrs. Leland Morrison entertain ed at a birthday party for hei daughter Mary Jo on her third birthday, Friday afternoon for six of Mary Jo's friends. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Rush and son, Robert, of Ogden were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Bradford, Sunday. The Ladies Literary club and their partners were guests at a party Tuesday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Geddes. Dinner was served on small tables ta-bles with places marked for 26. After lunch, rook was played. |
