Show JgaTNotices regular municipal election of the City of Preston, Franklin County, Ul ho. will be held on Tuesday April 22nd, 1941, for the purpose of electing officers for said city as follows! One Mayor;, Two Council-men Council-men from the . First Municipal Ward1 Two Councilmen from the Second Municipal Ward; One Clerk; and One Treasurer. Polls will open between the hour.-, of nine o'clock A. M. and seven o'clock P. M. of said day. Polling places will be as follows- For the First Municipal Ward, at Carnegie Library. Preston; Pres-ton; for the Second Municipal Ward, at McCune Motor Company, 40 West Oneida Street. Qualified electors of the State j of Idaho who shall have resided within the limits of said City of Preston for three months preceding said election shall be entitled to vote at said election, provided such electors are registered. The City Clerk, C.-L. Greaves, shall be the registrar. All persons w,ho were not registered and all persons otherwise entitled to vote at said election who have failed' to vote at the two municipal elections elec-tions in 1937 and 1939 must again register. Persons desiring to register regis-ter may do so by calling at the or-fice or-fice of tha City Clerk at any; time during office hours beginning with the date of this notice, and each day thereafter until and including the Saturday next preceding said election; provided, however, that on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday next preceding said election m City Clerk shall register electors between the hours of nine o'oiJ A. M. and five o'clock P. m ai between the hours of seven o'clock P. M. and nine o'clock P. m If there is any question as to whether or not you are registers call on the City Clerk.
