Threat of! a boynJtt of Idaho by distilleries. selling liquor liq-uor to Idaho in protestor a 20 per cent tax on the wholesale price of liquor brought a quick reply from Governor Chase Clark., "Now wouldn't that be just too bad," he 'commented, "it might be a good way to get rid or them.- The levy passed by the 1941. legislature leg-islature is expected, to bring about a million dollars in revenue to the state. Governor Clark has affirm ed his intentions of collecting trie tax even if a show-down with the distilleries might result.
