A delicious lunch !was served to 6 members and the following guests. Mrs, Gerald Wright, Mrs. Floyd Robinson, Mrs. Homer Williams, Mrs. Horace Ho-warth, Ho-warth, and Mrs. Lloyd Robbins. The evening was spent playing bridge with Mrs. Stratford Smith, receiving high score and Mrs. Beatrice Bea-trice Dolan, all-cut. Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Bullen of Sun Valley were visitors last week at the home of Mrs. Bullen's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Parkinson. Par-kinson. Mrs. Bertha Comish entertained her club at ber home Thursday afternoon. Mrs. Stella Wright and Mrs. Nettie Lewis won score honors hon-ors at bridge after which a deli cious lunch was served to eight members. Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Wright, Mr. I and Mrs G. L. Wright, Mrs. Lizzie I Webb and Mis Maggie Wright ! motored to Logan Friday where they visited at the home of Mrs. E. L. Bennett who is ill. Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Smith and children of Lewiston were visitors at the home of Mrs. Smith's par ' ents, Mr. and Mrs. William Robin i son on Mothers' Day. I Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Wright, Mr and Mrs. Gerald Wright and chil- , dren and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Stocks and daughter of Lewiston and Mrs.! Lizzie Webb were dinner guests on Mothers' Day at the home of Mr. , and Mrs. Levor Doney. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Robinson of Ogden were visitors here on Mothers' Day The girls' high school Pep club entertained their partners at supper sup-per and a dancing party Friday evening in the school gymnasium and 'cafeteria. Mrs. Dolan, their advisor and 50 students attended. Mr. and Mrs. Stratford Smith have' moved recently to the home owned by Mr. and Mrs. James Jensen. Jen-sen. Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Parkinson and Mr. and Mrs. Alma Biggs are the proud grandparents of an 8 pound baby girl born to Mr. and Mrs Albert M Parkinson of Logan Friday. Mrs. Walt Wickham spent Sunday Sun-day in Weston visiting at the home of her parents. Mrs. Bernice Parkinson attended Parents' Day at the USAC in Logan, Lo-gan, Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Britton Bergeson and Mrs. Lloyd Hogan and daughter, daugh-ter, Sylvia of Ogden visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Biggs, Sunday. William Hailing of Salt Lake City spent the week-end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Heber D. Lowe. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Lewis had as their dinner guests on Mothers' Day, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Olsen and family of Weston and Mr. and Mrs. Verle Smith of Ogden. |
