Show MAPLETON 1 s : MAPLETON Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Ber-nard Inglet of Fairview visited with Mr. and Mrs. Garnet Woodward Wood-ward of Franklin last Sunday. Miss Vilda Bennett left for the mission home in Salt Lake City last Saturday morning. She will leave for the northwest mission ou the 19th. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Sharp and family of Preston visited with Mr. and Mrs. Otto Gregory and family fami-ly last Saturday. Mrs. Alma Bui-bank and son Lyle visited with Mrs. Earl Bowcut last Thursday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Porte and family visited with ' friends and relatives in Fairview last Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. Stone and family visietd with friends and relatives of Preston last Sunduy. Mrs. Anona Larsen and girls Elva and Melva visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F. Richard Jensen and family of Preston last Sunday. Elder George LeRoy Tanner, stake high councilman from Whitney Whit-ney and Elder - Barton Bowden from Preston spoke at our sacrament sacra-ment meeting here last Sunday. The Sharp family reunion was held in the ward amusement hall I last Saturday. A large -crowd attended at-tended and had a very enjoyable time playing games and a social chat until evening. A large dance-in dance-in the evening opened to the public pub-lic climaxed the closing- of the day's entertainment. o . |
