Spils-bury Spils-bury will teach the class now being be-ing organized in first year Spanish. First year French is also offered this year. Due to a very small demand de-mand for second year French the class will not be taught until 1941. 42. An in-service training program for school custodians was also approved ap-proved by the board. Such topics as boiler control, floor treatment, care of grounds, painting, etc., will be studied. Meetings will be held about once a month and given over to lectures and demonstrations by experts in the various fields. It is probable that 'custodians in the county schools will be invited to join the group. Superintendent R. F. Campbell was authorized by the board to organize a community wide advisory advi-sory committee on school lunches. It seems desirable that a hot lunch or a hot dish reach a greater percentage per-centage of the upils than heretofore. |
