Swenson, clerk of the, triet court for Franklin coa--this week received information regards to Naturalization and i deporting of an alien upon con-, tion for violation of a ' dealing with marihauana. In a letter dealing with Xai alization the following informal was received: Under the Act of March 2 r any marriage of an American's! en to an alien which occurred i ing the period from March 2, to' September 21, 1922, both d; inclusive, other than during time the United States -ls war, effected loss of citizen;'-(The citizen;'-(The United States was offi at war from April 6, 1917 to j 2, 1921.)
